After we got home from the pumpkin patch, we decided to play outdoors with the kids. Usually, we have races: Sophie rides her tricycle and one of us pulls Ollie in the wagon. But this time, we thought we'd see if Ollie would enjoy riding his own "tricycle". He didn't seem to understand what to do...
...until proud big sister Sophie came along to explain things to him!
Then he finally got the hang of it!
And he was so proud of himself (of course, we were proud too)! Ollie's such a big boy now!
Ollie didn't like the turtle costume we got for him, but he didn't seem to mind the octopus costume at all! Here is some video of him walking around (he loves to be chased) in his costume. If you listen closely, you can hear some of his sweet giggles...
